냠튜브 개인정보처리방침
BIGJAM(이하 “회사”)은 냠튜브(YumTube, Android 패키지 com.bigjam.yumtube)의 개인정보 처리 방식을 다음과 같이 안내합니다. 본 방침은 냠튜브에 적용되며, 다른 BIGJAM 게임에 대한 일반 개인정보처리방침과 내용이 다른 경우 냠튜브에는 본 방침이 적용됩니다.
1. 카메라 및 얼굴 움직임 정보
식사 모드를 시작할 때 앱 내 안내와 기기의 카메라 권한 요청을 통해 카메라 사용에 동의하도록 요청합니다. 카메라 영상과 영상에서 일시적으로 계산된 얼굴 좌표는 입 움직임을 추정하기 위해 기기 안에서 처리됩니다. 회사는 이 영상이나 좌표를 녹화·저장·서버 전송하지 않으며, 얼굴 등록이나 개인의 신원 식별에 사용하지 않습니다. 식사 종료 또는 앱이 백그라운드로 이동하면 카메라 사용을 중단합니다. 마이크 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.
2. 기기에 저장되는 정보
마지막으로 선택한 YouTube 영상 링크, 최대 100개의 재생 기록(영상 ID, 제목, 재생 시각), 일시정지 대기시간·감지 민감도·타이머 등 설정을 앱의 로컬 저장공간에 보관합니다. 다른 앱에서 공유받은 영상 링크는 앱 연결을 위해 임시로 저장하며 처리 후 임시 보관함에서 삭제합니다. 영상 제목·썸네일 등의 웹 콘텐츠가 WebView의 캐시에 남을 수 있습니다. 현재 냠튜브는 회원가입, 회사 서버로의 기록 동기화, 자체 분석 SDK, 인앱 결제를 사용하지 않습니다.
3. YouTube와 Google 등 외부 서비스
냠튜브는 YouTube API 서비스를 이용하며 YouTube의 임베드 플레이어, 영상 제목 조회 및 썸네일 서비스를 연결합니다. 연결 과정에서 IP 주소, 요청한 영상 ID 및 네트워크·기기·앱 관련 정보 등이 Google에 전달될 수 있습니다. Google/YouTube는 자체 정책에 따라 쿠키, 재생 상호작용, 진단 및 광고 관련 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. Android 임베드 플레이어는 앱 패키지명·버전·서명 정보와 기기 무결성 관련 정보를 사용할 수 있습니다. 카메라를 기기에서 처리한다는 것은 YouTube 이용에 따른 모든 정보가 기기 안에만 남는다는 뜻은 아닙니다.
YouTube 영상에는 광고 또는 콘텐츠 내 홍보가 포함될 수 있으며 냠튜브는 이를 차단하지 않습니다. YouTube 앱의 Premium 가입 상태가 자동으로 연결되는 것은 아닙니다. YouTube 이용에는 YouTube 이용약관과 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 외부 서비스의 데이터 처리 국가·보유기간·이용자 권리 및 설정은 해당 사업자의 방침을 확인해 주세요.
4. 아동과 보호자
냠튜브는 만 3세 이상 아동과 성인이 사용할 수 있도록 기획된 앱입니다. 아동은 보호자의 감독하에 이용해야 하며, 보호자가 영상 선택, 기기 권한 및 개인정보 설정을 관리해 주세요. 회사는 아동의 카메라 영상·얼굴 좌표를 서버로 수집하지 않습니다. 다만 YouTube 연결에는 위의 제3자 데이터 처리가 수반됩니다. 보호자는 외부 서비스의 이용 조건과 아동 관련 제한을 확인하고, 필요한 경우 이용을 중단하거나 기기 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 보호자의 감독은 해당 법령상 필요한 동의를 대신하지 않습니다.
5. 문의 정보의 처리
help@bigjamgames.com으로 문의하면 회사는 답변을 위해 발신 이메일 주소와 문의에 포함된 정보를 처리합니다. 아동의 얼굴 사진 등 불필요한 개인정보를 보내지 마세요. 문의 정보는 응대 목적이 달성되면 삭제하되, 관련 법령상 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다. 문의 처리 외의 목적으로 이용하려면 필요한 안내와 동의 절차를 거칩니다.
6. 삭제·권한 철회·권리 행사
재생 기록은 앱에서 개별 또는 전체 삭제할 수 있습니다. Android 설정에서 냠튜브의 저장공간을 삭제하면 저장된 설정과 마지막 영상 등 로컬 데이터도 삭제됩니다. 카메라 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있으며, 이 경우 카메라 기반 감지 기능을 사용할 수 없습니다. Android 앱 데이터 백업은 비활성화되어 있습니다. 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한 등 적용 법령에 따른 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요. 기기에만 있는 영상·기록은 회사가 원격으로 열람하거나 삭제할 수 없으므로 기기에서 처리해야 합니다. Google이 처리하는 정보는 Google의 개인정보 관리 도구와 요청 절차를 이용해 주세요.
7. 보안 및 변경
회사는 필요한 접근 제한 등 합리적인 보호조치를 적용합니다. 외부 서비스는 HTTPS 연결을 사용합니다. 방침을 변경하면 이 페이지의 업데이트 날짜와 내용을 갱신하며, 중대한 변경에는 필요한 추가 안내 또는 동의 절차를 제공합니다.

YumTube Privacy Policy
This policy explains how BIGJAM (“we”) handles information in YumTube (Android package com.bigjam.yumtube). It applies specifically to YumTube and takes precedence over conflicting descriptions in our general policies for other BIGJAM games.
1. Camera and face-movement processing
When starting a camera session, we request consent through an in-app explanation and the device camera permission prompt. Camera frames and temporary facial landmarks are processed on the device to estimate mouth movement. BIGJAM does not record, retain or upload these frames or landmarks, and does not enroll faces or identify individuals. Camera access stops when the session ends or the app enters the background. The app does not request microphone access.
2. Information stored on your device
The app stores the last selected YouTube link, up to 100 playback-history entries (video ID, title and playback time), and settings such as pause delay, detection sensitivity and session timer in local app storage. Shared video links are temporarily stored for handoff and removed from that temporary inbox after handling. WebView may cache web content such as video titles and thumbnails. This version has no account registration, BIGJAM server synchronization, own analytics SDK or in-app purchases.
3. YouTube, Google and external services
YumTube uses YouTube API Services, including its embedded player, video-title lookup and thumbnail services. Connecting may transmit your IP address, requested video identifiers, and network, device or app information to Google. Google/YouTube may process cookies, playback interactions, diagnostic and advertising information under their own policies. The Android embedded player may use app package, version, signing and device-integrity information. On-device camera processing does not mean that all information associated with YouTube use remains on your device.
YouTube videos may contain ads or creator promotions; YumTube does not block them. Premium membership in the YouTube app is not automatically linked. YouTube use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Please consult those policies for processing locations, retention, rights and controls.
4. Children and guardians
YumTube is intended for children aged 3 and above and adults. Children should use the app under a parent’s or guardian’s supervision. Guardians should manage video selection, device permissions and privacy settings. BIGJAM does not collect children’s camera frames or facial landmarks on its servers. YouTube connections nonetheless involve the third-party processing described above. Guardians should review external-service terms and child-related restrictions and may discontinue use or revoke permissions. Supervision does not replace consent required by applicable law.
5. Support correspondence
If you contact help@bigjamgames.com, we process your email address and information in your message to respond. Do not send unnecessary personal information such as a child’s face images. Support correspondence is deleted when its purpose is fulfilled unless retention is required by law. Other uses require any applicable notice and consent.
6. Deletion, permissions and rights
You can delete individual or all history entries in the app. Clearing YumTube app storage in Android settings removes local settings and saved data, including the last selected video. You may revoke camera permission in device settings; camera-based detection will then be unavailable. Android app-data backup is disabled. Contact us to exercise access, correction, deletion, restriction or other rights under applicable law. BIGJAM cannot remotely access or delete information held only on your device. For information processed by Google, use Google’s privacy controls and request procedures.
7. Security and updates
We apply reasonable safeguards such as appropriate access restrictions. External services use HTTPS. We update this page and its date when the policy changes and provide additional notices or consent procedures when required for significant changes.
